Our online boutique delivers internationally.

We deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. Our carriers internationally are DHL and FedEx.

SIBYLLA DELPHICA offers free expedited delivery on orders over 200€.

For all other orders, expedited shipping cost will be applied to your order at checkout.

Europe: 10-25 EUR (3-5 working days)

USA, Canada, Mexico, UK & Switzerland: 25-55EUR (3-5 working days)
Rest of World: 25-55 EUR (3-5 working days)

Orders over 200 EUR receive FREE worldwide delivery!

SALES TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU)

will be subject to custom taxes and duties.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable

on receipt of delivery of goods.
Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In this section, you'll find details about how to initiate a return or exchange, as well as our commitment to resolving any issues promptly.

At SIBYLLA DELPHICA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We believe that clear and fair policies are essential in building trust and confidence with our customers.

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, worn or not in their original packaging, or if it is a custom order.

In order to return your order you need to contact us at sales@sibylladelphica.com 

and we'll send you the return form and arrange the return shipping

via DHL courier services.

All returns are free of charge.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange a product and the new item is of a lower amount, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
Please note: This does not apply during Sales Period where we can only offer an exchange on goods and not any refund. If you do not wish to exchange your purchase at this time, you will be issued a credit note to the value of the item when it was purchased.

If you want to exchange a product and there is a difference in the final balance,

you will be issued a credit note which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
