What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SIBYLLA DELPHICA purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as the returned item is in its original unworn condition.
You should ship your Return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Registered Mail. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Please email sales@sibylladelphica.com to request a return. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We will be happy to discuss your wishes and ideas with you and try to turn them into a new piece just for you.
Please note that any custom order is a final sale and not returnable.

Do you ship Internationally?
All packages will be shipped with Priority Mail or Expedited Mail.
If you need your order by a certain date, please email sales@sibylladelphica.com to make sure the item is in stock, or to arrange an express shipping.
The buyer is totally responsible for any duties/taxes that may be charged when shipped internationally.
International shipping is $25
Express International Mail (4 days) will be $55.
Depending on your country, you may have to pay import duties upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times may be longer during holiday seasons. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. For this reason, USPS cannot guarantee specific international delivery times, only estimated delivery times.
Do you offer Gift Wrap?
We love creating our gift packages as much as your recipient will love receiving them.
All our pieces will be beautifully gift wrapped , this service is completely free of charge - We will happily send it directly to your gift recipient. A card will be included and your personal message will be printed onto the gift note and this will be enclosed with the order. No reference to the value of the item will be included. Just let us know in the "contacts form" box, or just send us an e-mail at sales@sibylladelphica.com with your request.
